What is this site?

This site allows you to create a highly configurable Minecraft or Hytale world that can be shared with your friends. You pay a flat fee per month for access at any time.

What are the different types of world?

There are several types, depending on which game you are playing and what you want to do with it. The Engine, Modules and Resources vary accordingly

Vanilla Essence

This is close to the standard Minecraft experience. We supply a small number of modules to improve performance and reliability, but the gameplay is unmodified.

Forge Ultimate

This has many modules, to make your world building and gameplay as flexible as possible

Bedrock / Java + Bedrock (in Testing)

Bedrock allows you to connect original Bedrock clients. Java + Bedrock allows Java and Bedrock clients to connect to the same world and play together.

HyTale

For sharing your HyTale experience.

How does Billing work?

You pay monthly in advance for each world, via the paypal subscription feature. Credit cannot be transferred (currently) between worlds or between users. Deleting a world terminates the subscription. Refunds for partially used months are not issued.

What can I configure?

We are adding new features all the time, but currently you can configure:

• Whitelists - to restrict who can connect to your server
• Ops lists - to allow specified people to manage the Minecraft/HyTale world
• Message of the Day
• Change sim/view distance
• Change game mode (creative / survival / adventure / spectator)
• Initial seed + Generator (flat, normal etc)
• Enable / disable command blocks
• Enable / disable any of the optional modules

Can I download my world?

Yes! There is a download button on the confuguration page for your world. This pulls the whole data area of your world as a zip file and will potentially be quite large. It will include any mods that were configured at download time. Remember your world will be stopped before the download can start.

Once downloaded, you can import it into your own local environment or another server provider - though obviously we would prefer you stayed with us!

Can I upload a world?

Not yet, but it is planned. You will need to subscribe to a world and then import the backup into it, replacing any world files that were there. Once we have implemented that feature the process will be explained in more detail.
